Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
