Personalised Orders journal personalisation is done in-house before your order is dispatched. Please allow 3-5 business days additional processing days for all personalised orders.

UK & US orders: your personalised journal will be shipped separately from the rest of your order so everything else reaches you without the wait. Please allow an additional 10 days for your journal to arrive.

Nigeria

Lagos: Free standard shipping included on all orders.

Delivery takes 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on order time.

Other states: Standard shipping is ₦10,000.

Free shipping is available on all Nigerian orders over ₦100,000.

Nationwide delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

United Kingdom

Standard delivery: £5.

Free standard delivery on all orders over £50.

Standard delivery: $22.

Delivery usually takes 7 business days, depending on location.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
